Target Information
RPS6KA5 (MSK1)는 세린/트레오닌 단백질 키나아제로, 다양한 세포 과정 조절에 필수적인 역할을 합니다.
MSK1은 mitogen 또는 스트레스 자극에 의해 CREB1 및 ATF1 전사 인자의 인산화를 매개하며, RELA, STAT3, ETV1/ER81 등의 전사 인자 조절에 관여합니다.
또한 히스톤 인산화를 통한 유전자 발현 활성화 및 염증 관련 유전자 조절에도 중요한 역할을 합니다.
UV-C, EGF, anisomycin 등의 자극에 반응하여 CREB1과 ATF1을 인산화하며, TNF 자극 시 RELA 전사 활성을 제어합니다.
골격근 세포에서는 산화 스트레스 동안 RELA Ser-276 인산화에 필요하고, 적혈구 생성 자극 세포에서는 STAT3 Ser-727 인산화 및 전사 조절 기능에 기여합니다.
