Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The THRA gene encodes a nuclear hormone receptor for triiodothyronine (thyroid hormone). It mediates the biological activities of thyroid hormone and functions alongside other receptor isoforms that may have overlapping yet distinct roles. Knockout studies in mice indicate functional differentiation among receptor types. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been identified, encoding distinct isoforms.
