Product Specific Information

The 28-14-8 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse MHC class I, H-2D^b, and cross-reacts with H-2L^d, H-2D^q, and/or H-2L^q.
Binding to the alpha 3 domain of H-2L^d is independent of beta2-microglobulin.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Tested on mouse splenocytes, ≤1 µg/test (100 µL total volume).
Cell count should be empirically determined (10^5–10^8 cells/test).
Careful titration is recommended for optimal performance.
