이 유전자는 DSS(용량 민감성 성 반전) 임계 영역에 위치하며, 고환과 태반, 그리고 다양한 조직학적 유형의 종양에서 발현됩니다. MAGEB 유전자는 Xp22-p21 염색체 영역에 군집되어 있습니다.
