For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

COMMD1 is a proposed scaffold protein involved in multiple physiological processes, particularly in the regulation of protein ubiquitination.

• Modulates activity of cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligase (CRL) complexes by displacing CAND1.
• Promotes ubiquitination and degradation of NF-κB subunit RELA, down-regulating NF-κB activity.
• Regulates membrane expression and ubiquitination of SLC12A2 and ENaC subunits, influencing Na⁺ transport in epithelial cells.
• Promotes localization of SCNN1D to recycling endosomes and enhances CFTR surface expression.
• Plays a role in copper ion homeostasis and ATP7A trafficking between the trans-Golgi network and peripheral vesicles.
• Binds one copper ion per monomer and associates with the CCC and WASH complexes.
• Involved in regulation of HIF1A-mediated transcription by competing with ARNT/Hif-1β, leading to decreased DNA binding and transcriptional activation.
