Filamin은 두 개의 actin 필라멘트를 유연하게 연결하는 교차결합 단백질로, 두 개의 동일한 폴리펩타이드 사슬로 구성되어 있습니다. 각 사슬은 한쪽 끝에서 서로 결합하고 다른 쪽 끝에는 actin 결합 부위를 가집니다. 인간의 혈소판, 림프구, 섬유아세포 및 평활근 actin에서 발견됩니다.
