Target Information
CDK1 (Cell Division Control protein 1)는 세포주기 조절에 필수적인 단백질로, 세포가 유사분열을 시작하는 데 필요한 START 단계를 완료하도록 합니다. CDK1은 M-phase Promoting Factor (MPF) 복합체의 촉매 서브유닛으로 작용하며, 모든 진핵생물에서 유사분열 개시를 유도합니다.
G2/M기 정지 세포에서 Bcl-2의 인산화는 CDK1 매개 신호를 통해 발생하며, 이는 세포사멸의 시작을 지연시킵니다. 또한 CDK 억제제 NU2058은 안드로겐 비의존성 전립선암에서 치료적 잠재력을 보인 바 있습니다.
