Target Information
PSAP는 고도로 보존된 당단백질로, 4개의 절단 산물(saposins A, B, C, D)의 전구체입니다. 각 도메인은 약 80개의 아미노산 잔기로 구성되어 있으며, 시스테인 잔기와 당화 위치가 거의 동일합니다. Saposins A–D는 주로 리소좀 내에 존재하며, 짧은 올리고당 그룹을 가진 글리코스핑고리피드의 분해를 촉진합니다. PSAP 전구체는 분비성 단백질과 막결합 단백질 형태로 존재하며, 신경영양 활성을 가집니다.
