Target Information
CD31 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1)은 T 세포 및 B 세포 신호 조절에 관여하는 억제성 공동수용체로, ITIM 모티프를 통해 단백질-티로신 인산화효소와 결합하여 신호 억제 기능을 수행합니다. CD31은 혈관계 내에서 널리 발현되며, 주로 인접 세포 간 접합부에 위치합니다. N-말단 Ig-like 도메인은 세포 간 결합에 중요한 역할을 하며, 세포 부착, 혈관신생, 세포 이동, 면역 조절 등 다양한 생리적 과정에 관여합니다. 혈관 시스템의 핵심 조절 분자 중 하나입니다.
