Target Information
ZRANB1 is a positive regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway that specifically cleaves Lys-63-linked ubiquitin chains.
It acts by deubiquitinating the APC protein, a negative regulator of Wnt-mediated transcription, and may also modulate TNF-alpha signaling.
