Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Regulates centrosome duplication, likely by inhibiting ROCK2 kinase activity. Acts as a co-chaperone for HSP90 and may regulate NOD1 through an HSP90 complex. Exhibits intrinsic chaperone activity and may prevent ROCK2 association with NPM1. Involved in stress response and tumorigenesis prevention.
