Target Information
NR2C1 유전자는 핵 호르몬 수용체를 암호화하며, highly conserved DNA binding domain(DBD), variable hinge region, 그리고 carboxy-terminal ligand binding domain(LBD)을 포함합니다.
이 단백질은 steroid/thyroid hormone receptor superfamily의 구성원으로, 특정 DNA 서열에 결합하여 표적 유전자의 발현을 조절하는 ligand-inducible 전사 인자 계열에 속합니다.
여러 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변이가 보고되었으나, 일부의 전체 길이는 아직 규명되지 않았습니다.
