SNP(단일염기다형성)는 소 유전체 상의 위치를 기반으로 균등하게 배치되었으며, VIP 형질 관련 SNP, ISAG 핵심 친자확인 마커, 그리고 Council on Dairy Cattle Breeding (CDCB)의 44,000개 마커를 포함합니다.
또한 STR 보간(imputation)을 최적화한 SNP(1)도 포함되어 있습니다. 이 어레이는 384 format으로도 제공됩니다.
