The polyclonal antibody reacts with HA tag.
The HA tag is a nine amino acid peptide sequence (YPYDVPDYA) derived from the human influenza virus hemagglutinin protein. It has been successfully used in various applications such as Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and immunofluorescence studies.

Applications Reported:
Purified Anti-HA tag poly has been reported for use in immunoprecipitation and immunoblotting (WB).

Applications Tested:
Purified Anti-HA tag poly has been tested by immunoblotting (WB) at a starting dilution of 1:200. It is recommended to titrate for optimal performance in the assay of interest.

Purity: Greater than 90%, as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Aggregation: Less than 10%, as determined by HPLC.
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.

Target Information

HA Tag (hemagglutinin tag) is an epitope tag used to localize gene products, study protein topology and complexes, identify associated proteins, and characterize newly identified or low-abundance proteins when specific antibodies are not available.
HA is derived from the influenza hemagglutinin surface glycoprotein and is commonly expressed with recombinant proteins to facilitate identification and purification for functional analysis.
HA tag antibodies enable protein detection and co-immunoprecipitation of tagged proteins.
