Cytokeratin pan은 중간 필라멘트 단백질의 하위 계열로, 인간 상피조직에서 최소 20가지 이상의 폴리펩타이드로 구성되어 있습니다. 분자량은 40–68 kDa, 등전점은 pH 4.9–7.8 범위에 있습니다. Cytokeratin은 상피 유형 및 분화 정도에 따라 발현 패턴이 달라지며, 종양의 감별 진단 및 암 연구에서 중요한 마커로 사용됩니다.
