Target Information
HAUS2는 인간 augmin complex(HAUS complex)의 8개 서브유닛 중 하나로, 미세소관 결합 복합체로서 유사분열 방추체 내 미세소관 생성에 관여합니다. 이 복합체는 Drosophila에서 처음 확인되었으며, 라틴어 augmentare (“증가하다”)에서 이름이 유래되었습니다. HAUS complex는 미세소관 생성 및 유사분열 방추체 조립에 필수적입니다.
