Target Information
MARK2는 세포 극성 및 미세소관 안정성 조절에 관여하는 세린/트레오닌 단백질 키나아제입니다. 인간 EMK1 단백질 키나제의 두 가지 아이소폼이 존재하며, 이는 162-bp 대체 엑손의 존재 여부에 따라 구분됩니다. 두 형태 모두 다양한 세포주 및 조직에서 함께 발현되는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 인간 EMK1은 보편적으로 발현되는 단일 mRNA에 의해 암호화됩니다.
