Target Information
GRK1은 G 단백질 연결 수용체 키나제(GRK) 서브패밀리에 속하는 Serine/Threonine kinase 계열의 구성원입니다. GRK1은 rhodopsin을 인산화하여 비활성화를 유도하며, arrestin 결합을 통해 수용체 신호를 종료시킵니다. GRK1은 막 결합을 촉진하기 위해 farnesylation을 받으며, recoverin에 의해 억제될 수 있음이 보고되었습니다. GRK1 단백질 기능 이상은 Oguchi Disease-2 및 유전성 야맹증과 관련이 있습니다.
