For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The DTNA gene encodes a protein belonging to the dystrobrevin subfamily of the dystrophin family. It is a component of the dystrophin-associated protein complex (DPC), which includes dystrophin, dystroglycans, sarcoglycans, syntrophins, and alpha/beta-dystrobrevin.
DPC localizes to the sarcolemma, and its disruption is associated with various forms of muscular dystrophy.
Mutations in DTNA are linked to left ventricular noncompaction and congenital heart defects.
Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
