For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve an antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Musashi-1 (MSI1) is a member of the Musashi family of RNA-binding proteins involved in cell fate determination and stem-cell maintenance. It contains two conserved tandem RNA recognition motifs with highly conserved RNP motifs. In mammals, Musashi-1 is expressed in fetal kidney, brain, liver, lung, and in adult brain and pancreas. The human gene is located on chromosome 12.
