Target Information
Tyrosine protein phosphatase functioning as a dosage-dependent inducer of mitotic progression. Required for G2/M phase transition and cytokinesis in an ECT2-dependent manner. Directly dephosphorylates CDK1 and activates its kinase activity. The three isoforms show different activity levels.
