For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD336, also known as NKp44 or NCR2, is a 44 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the natural cytotoxicity receptor (NCR) family.
It contains an ITIM domain in its cytoplasmic tail and requires association with DAP12, an ITAM-containing transmembrane accessory protein, for expression and NK cell activation.
Initially thought to be expressed only on IL-2-activated NK cells and subsets of γδ T lymphocytes, CD336 is now known to be expressed on IL-3-stimulated plasmacytoid dendritic cells, αβ T cells in intestinal epithelium, and T cells in cord blood.
CD336 plays a role in the innate immune response of activated NK cells against viral infection and tumor proliferation.
