This antibody detects endogenous levels of KLF5 only when phosphorylated at Ser303.
Target Information
KLF5 is a member of the Kruppel-like factor subfamily of zinc finger proteins. It contains three C2H2-type zinc fingers at the carboxyl-terminus that preferentially bind to GC-rich cis-DNA elements. KLF5 acts as a transcription activator promoting cell proliferation and oncogenesis.
