Target Information
ESRRB (steroid hormone receptor ERR2)는 배아 및 영양막 줄기세포의 자기재생과 다능성 유지에 관여하며, FGF 및 Wnt 신호 경로를 통해 작용합니다. FGF 신호 활성화 시 ESRRB는 KDM1A와 상호작용하여 ELF5와 EOMES의 enhancer 부위에 결합, 전사를 활성화하여 줄기세포 자기재생을 유도합니다. 또한 망막의 rod-specific 유전자 발현을 조절하며, 해당 유전자의 결함은 DFNB35 (자동상 열성 난청 35)를 유발할 수 있습니다.
