Target Information
SP6는 3개의 고전적 zinc finger DNA 결합 도메인을 포함하는 전사인자 계열에 속하며, 각각의 zinc finger는 2개의 cysteine과 2개의 histidine에 의해 tetrahedral 구조로 zinc를 결합하는 C2H2 motif를 형성합니다. 이러한 전사인자들은 GC-rich 서열 및 GT, CACCC box에 결합합니다. (Scohy et al., 2000)
