1RELAH5 단일클론 항체는 마우스 c-Rel을 인식합니다. c-Rel은 NF-κB 전사인자 패밀리의 65 kDa 단백질로, 조절 T 세포(Treg)에서 발현이 증가하며, Treg 발달에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 성숙 T 세포의 증식과 생존에도 관여합니다.

• Applications Reported: Intracellular staining 및 flow cytometric analysis에 사용됨
• Applications Tested: 마우스 thymocyte를 대상으로 Foxp3 Fixation/Permeabilization Buffer (Product #00-5521-00) 사용하여 0.06 µg/test 이하로 최적화됨
• 주의: 세포 수는 10^5~10^8 cells/test 범위 내에서 실험적으로 결정 필요
• 형광 특성: eFluor® 660은 Alexa Fluor® 647 대체 형광체로, 633 nm 레이저로 여기되고 659 nm에서 방출
• Excitation/Emission: 633–647 nm / 668 nm
• Laser: Red Laser
• Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered
