- 결합 실험용으로 사용할 경우, 추가 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882) 수행 권장

Cytokeratin 19는 중간 필라멘트 단백질의 하위군으로, 사람 상피 조직에서 최소 20종의 폴리펩타이드로 구성된 생화학적 다양성을 가짐.
이 단백질은 세포의 분화 정도 및 상피 유형에 따라 발현 패턴이 달라지며, 다양한 상피성 악성종양의 구별에 활용됨.
Cytokeratin 19는 간세포에서는 발현되지 않으므로 간 전이암의 식별에 유용함.
면역조직화학, 세포병리학, 유세포분석 등에서 진단 보조 및 연구용으로 사용 가능.
