Target Information
FPR1은 주로 백혈구, 호중구 및 단핵구에 발현되는 화학유인 GPCR 계열 단백질입니다.
이 수용체는 세균에 의해 생성된 formylated peptide와 결합하여 염증 부위로의 백혈구 이동을 유도합니다.
리간드 결합 후 phospholipase C 활성화를 통해 칼슘 이동 및 PKC 활성화를 유도하며, 세포골격 극화, 인테그린 활성화, 세포 이동, 식작용, 탈과립 및 활성산소 생성 등 다양한 면역 반응을 매개합니다.
