- 재구성을 위해 100 µL의 증류수를 첨가하여 최종 농도 약 1 mg/mL로 맞추는 것을 권장합니다.
- Conjugation 실험에 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것을 권장합니다.
Target Information
PRKG1은 cGMP 의존성 serine/threonine kinase로, 혈관 평활근의 이완과 혈소판 응집 억제에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
이 단백질은 심혈관계 및 신경계 기능 조절, 평활근 긴장 완화, 세포 성장 조절에 관여합니다.
PRKG1 유전자는 평활근, 혈소판, 소뇌 Purkinje 세포, 해마 뉴런, 편도체 등에서 강하게 발현됩니다.
Isoform Iα와 Iβ는 동일한 cGMP 결합 및 촉매 도메인을 가지지만, leucine/isoleucine zipper 및 autoinhibitory 서열의 차이로 인해 이합체화 기질 및 kinase 활성에서 차이를 보입니다.
