Target Information
PUMA는 p53의 전사적 표적 중 하나로, Bax 및 Noxa와 같은 친사멸성 Bcl-2 패밀리 단백질에 속합니다. PUMA 유전자는 BH3 도메인을 포함하는 PUMA-a 및 PUMA-b 단백질을 암호화하며, 이들은 Bcl-2와 결합하고 미토콘드리아에 위치하여 cytochrome c 방출과 세포자멸사를 유도합니다.
