Target Information
TAOK2 (TAO1)는 serine/threonine kinase로, stress-responsive p38 MAP kinase 경로의 중요한 조절자로 알려져 있습니다. In vitro 실험에서 TAO2는 MAP/ERK kinases (MEK) 3, 4, 6을 활성화하여 p38 MAP kinase 및 JNK/SAPK에 작용합니다. TAO kinase는 생리적 자극으로부터 p38 MAPK로의 신호 전달에 필수적인 역할을 하며, autophosphorylation이 TAO 활성화 메커니즘에 관여할 수 있습니다. MEK 결합 도메인은 serine 및 threonine 잔기 모두에서 autophosphorylation되며 Ser181은 해당 도메인 내에 위치합니다.
