Target Information
Beta actin은 여섯 가지 액틴 아이소폼 중 하나로, 모든 인간 세포에서 비근육성 세포골격 단백질로 존재합니다. 세포 이동성, 구조 및 안정성 유지에 중요한 역할을 하며, G-actin의 중합을 통해 F-actin 필라멘트를 형성합니다.
베타 액틴은 거의 모든 진핵세포에서 발현되어 Western blot 등의 단백질 검출 실험에서 로딩 컨트롤로 자주 사용됩니다.
이 항체는 베타 액틴의 세포 내 분포 및 세포골격의 동적 변화를 연구하는 데 유용한 도구입니다.
