Product Specific Information

The eBio299Arm monoclonal antibody is an isotype control immunoglobulin useful for flow cytometric analysis.
It has been tested on mouse splenocytes and normal human peripheral blood cells and should be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 737 (BUV737) is a tandem dye emitting at 732 nm, optimized for cytometers equipped with a 355 nm ultraviolet laser.
Ensure instrument compatibility before use.

When using multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies (Super Bright™, Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™), use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) or Brilliant Stain Buffer (Product # 00-4409) to reduce non-specific polymer interactions.

Light Sensitivity: Protect vial and stained samples from light.
Fixation: Samples may be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark.
Methanol Compatibility: Short-term methanol fixation is compatible but avoid prolonged storage in methanol (>1 hour).
