Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TRAIP is a protein containing an N-terminal RING finger motif and a putative coiled-coil domain.
A similar murine protein interacts with TNFR-associated factors 1 and 2 (TRAF1, TRAF2) and cylindromatosis.
The interaction with TRAF2 inhibits TRAF2-mediated NF-κB subunit 1 activation, which is required for cell activation and protection against apoptosis.
