Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: Add 100 µL distilled water to obtain ~1 mg/mL final concentration.
- For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
C1 component of human complement consists of three glycoproteins: C1q, C1r, and C1s.
C1r (MW 83,000) is found in plasma at ~50 µg/mL, either complexed with C1q and C1s or as a tetramer with C1s.
These subcomponents initiate the classical pathway of complement activation.
