PSKH2 (Protein Serine Kinase H2)는 세린/트레오닌 단백질 인산화 효소 계열에 속하는 385 아미노산 단백질로, 세포 분열, 항상성, 세포사멸 등 다양한 세포 기능 조절에 관여합니다. 인간 염색체 8에 위치하며, 약 146백만 염기쌍과 800개 이상의 유전자를 포함합니다. 이 염색체는 조현병, 양극성 장애, Trisomy 8, Pfeiffer 증후군, 선천성 갑상선 기능저하증, Waardenburg 증후군, 일부 백혈병 및 림프종 등과 관련이 있습니다.
