Target Information
IRF3 (interferon regulatory factor 3)는 제1형 인터페론(IFN)-의존성 면역 반응의 주요 전사 조절 인자입니다. DNA 및 RNA 바이러스에 대한 선천 면역 반응에서 핵심적인 역할을 하며, IFN-alpha 및 IFN-beta 유전자와 IFN 자극 유전자(ISG)의 전사를 조절합니다. IRF3는 IFN-beta 유전자의 더 강력한 활성화 인자로 작용하며, IFNA/B 유전자 유도 과정의 초기 및 후기 단계 모두에 중요합니다. 비감염 세포의 세포질에 비활성 상태로 존재하다가 바이러스 감염이나 이중가닥 RNA, 톨유사수용체 신호에 의해 IKBKE와 TBK1에 의해 인산화되어 이합체화, 핵 이동 및 CREB 결합 단백질과의 결합을 유도합니다. 이 복합체(DRAF1)는 제1형 IFN 및 ISG 유전자의 전사를 활성화합니다. IRF3 유전자 돌연변이는 급성 감염 유발성 뇌병증(herpes-specific 7)과 관련이 있습니다.
