Target Information
Akirin1 및 Akirin2 단백질은 핵에 존재하며 NF-kappa-B 의존 유전자의 전사를 조절하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다. 이들은 면역 결핍 및 NF-kappa-B 경로에서 그람음성균 방어에 필수적입니다.
Akirin1은 생쥐에서 불필요하지만, Akirin2는 생쥐 발달에 필수적이며 TLR, TNF-α, IL-1β 신호전달 이후 IL-6 생성에 필요합니다.
Akirin2는 초파리의 단일 Akirin 유전자와 기능적으로 유사하며, D. melanogaster의 동형접합 돌연변이는 배아 발생 초기에 사망합니다.
