Target Information
ATG10은 자가포식(autophagy)에 관여하는 단백질로, 세포질 내 구성요소를 리소좀/액포를 통해 분해하는 과정에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 자가포식소체 형성에는 막 재배열이 필요하며, 두 가지 유비퀴틴 유사 변형(APG12p의 결합과 MAP-LC3의 막 결합형 변형)이 필수적입니다. ATG10은 이러한 변형 과정에서 E2 유사 효소로 작용하며, ATG12–ATG5 결합 및 MAP-LC3의 변형에 관여합니다. 인간에서 ATG10은 5q14.2 염색체에 위치하며, 다양한 조직에서 발현됩니다.
