재수화 시 1.1 mL 탈이온수로 용해 후 실온에서 30분간 방치하여 완전 용해.
원심분리로 입자 제거 후 신선한 working dilution을 매일 준비.
제품 수령 후 1년 내 사용 권장.
면역전기영동 기반으로 사람, 마우스, 토끼, 랫트 IgG 및 비면역글로불린 염소 혈청에 반응 없음.

Target Information

Anti-Goat 2차 항체는 염소 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성을 지닌 친화 정제 항체로, 검출·정렬·정제 등에 유용합니다. 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)과 함께 사용 가능하며, 다수의 2차 항체가 1차 항체에 결합해 신호 증폭을 통해 높은 민감도를 제공합니다. 일반적으로 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역화하여 생산하며, 친화 크로마토그래피 정제 및 라벨 결합 등으로 고특이성 시약을 제공합니다.
