Description:
LN3 단일클론 항체는 인간 MHC class II 분자인 HLA-DR을 인식합니다. HLA-DR은 항원제시세포(APC) 표면에 발현되며, B 세포, 단핵세포, 대식세포, 수지상세포 및 활성화된 T 세포에서 발견됩니다. 이 단백질은 CD4+ T 림프구에 펩타이드를 제시하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다.

Fluorochrome Information:
Super Bright 600은 405 nm 레이저로 여기되고 600 nm에서 방출되는 tandem dye입니다. 610/20 bandpass 필터 사용을 권장합니다.

Staining Panel Considerations:
Super Bright 형광체가 2개 이상 포함된 패널에서는 Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401)를 사용하여 비특이적 상호작용을 최소화할 것을 권장합니다.
Fixation:
IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222) 또는 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333)을 사용 시, 2–8°C 암실에서 최대 3일간 보관 가능하며 형광 밝기 및 FRET 효율에 최소한의 영향만 있습니다.
