Target Information

Dystrophin은 X 염색체 Xp21 위치의 DMB/BMD 유전자에서 발현되는 427 kDa 단백질로, 근육 생검에서 dystrophin 발현 이상을 검출하기 위해 Western blot 및 면역조직화학법(IHC)이 사용됩니다. Dystrophin 이상은 DMD/BMD 환자에서 100% 발생하며, 유전적 이상은 약 65%의 경우에서만 검출됩니다.
