Target Information
RbAp48-11G10은 48 kDa 핵 단백질인 RbAp48의 full-length 형태를 인식합니다. 이 단백질은 retinoblastoma protein (Rb)의 C-말단과 상호작용하는 능력으로 처음 분리되었으며, WD (Trp-Asp) 반복 단백질 패밀리에 속합니다.
RbAp48은 CAF-1 복합체의 세 서브유닛 중 하나이며, histone H4와 결합할 수 있고, 인간 histone deacetylase HD1의 서브유닛으로 존재합니다.
