This product is preservative free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences are cloned from immunoreactive rabbits, and individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information

IL-28B encodes a cytokine distantly related to type I interferons and the IL-10 family. IL-28B, interleukin 28A (IL28A), and interleukin 29 (IL29) form a cytokine gene cluster on chromosome region 19q13. Expression of these cytokines can be induced by viral infection. They interact with a heterodimeric class II cytokine receptor consisting of interleukin 10 receptor beta (IL10RB) and interleukin 28 receptor alpha (IL28RA).
