Target Information
Mox1와 gp91-phox는 NADPH oxidase의 필수 구성 요소인 관련 단백질입니다. NADPH oxidase 복합체는 식세포, 신경상피체, 혈관 평활근세포 및 내피세포에서 발현됩니다. 이 복합체는 막 결합형 flavocytochrome(gp91-phox, p22-phox)과 세포질 단백질(p47-phox, p67-phox)로 구성됩니다.
gp91-phox와 p22-phox는 저산소 조건에서 세포 신호를 유도하는 O₂ 센서로도 작용합니다. Mox1과 gp91-phox는 동일한 C-말단 서열을 공유하지만 발현 패턴은 다릅니다. gp91-phox는 호산구, 호중구, 단핵구, B-림프구에서 발현되며, Mox1은 주로 결장에서 검출되고 자궁과 전립선에서는 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다.
