Target Information
FANCD2 (Fanconi anemia group D2 protein)은 염색체 안정성 유지에 필수적인 단백질입니다. 이는 감수분열 중 상동 염색체의 정확하고 효율적인 결합을 촉진하며, DNA 이중 가닥 절단의 복구(상동 재조합 및 단일 가닥 결합)를 담당합니다. 또한 복제 스트레스에 의해 유도된 비중심체성 이상 구조에 BLM 단백질을 안정화시키고, 손상된 크로마틴에 BRCA2/FANCD1 적재를 촉진합니다. FANCD2 유전자 결함은 Fanconi anemia complementation group D2로 이어지며, 이는 골수의 모든 세포 요소에 영향을 미쳐 빈혈, 백혈구 감소증, 혈소판 감소증을 유발합니다.
