PA1-4231 detects the PSDR1 protein in human samples.

PA1- 4231 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot this antibody detects a ~28 kDa protein representing PSDR1 in androgen-stimulated metastatic adenocarcinoma LNCaP.FGC cells.

PA1- 4231 immunogen is a mixture of synthetic peptides corresponding to the N- and C-terminal residues M(1) V E L M F P(7) and L(312) L G L P I D(318) of human PSDR1.

Target Information

RHD11, a member of the short-chain dehydrogenase/reductase superfamily of oxidoreductases, is expressed at high levels in prostate epithelium, and its expression is regulated by androgens.
