By Western blot, this antibody detects a ~28 kDa protein representing PSDR1 in androgen-stimulated metastatic adenocarcinoma LNCaP.FGC cells.
PA1-4231 immunogen is a mixture of synthetic peptides corresponding to the N- and C-terminal residues M(1) V E L M F P(7) and L(312) L G L P I D(318) of human PSDR1.
Target Information
RDH11, a member of the short-chain dehydrogenase/reductase superfamily of oxidoreductases, is expressed at high levels in prostate epithelium, and its expression is regulated by androgens.
