Target Information
NR4A1 (Nur77)는 스테로이드-갑상선 호르몬-레티노이드 수용체 초가족에 속하는 단백질로, 다양한 조직(뇌, 부신, 갑상선, 간, 고환, 난소, 흉선, 근육, 폐, 전립선)에서 발현됩니다.
스트레스 자극 및 성장 인자에 의해 발현이 유도되며, 핵 내 전사 인자로서 흉선세포 및 종양세포의 세포사멸 신호 전달에 관여합니다. 단백질이 핵에서 미토콘드리아로 이동하면 세포사멸을 유도합니다.
NR4A1에는 두 가지 주요 isoform을 암호화하는 세 가지 전사 변이가 존재하며, RXR은 NR4A1의 파트너로 알려져 있습니다.
