Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

It plays a role in the ubiquitination process, which targets abnormal or short-lived proteins for degradation.
