TNK2 (ACK1, activated Cdc42-associated kinase)는 Cdc42 하위에서 신호를 전달하는 비수용체성 티로신 키나아제입니다.
이 단백질은 종양 형성과 전이에 관여하며, 특히 전립선암에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
CDC42 의존적인 세포 이동을 매개하며, 다양한 단백질(BCAR1, AKT1, AR, WWOX, MCF2, WASP 등)을 인산화하여 세포 생존, 성장, 전이 관련 경로를 조절합니다.
ACK1은 AXL 수용체 수준 조절에도 기여하며, 암세포의 전이 및 종양 성장에 관여합니다.
